I think it isn't true that He is a spirit, He is more than that more than everything that the entire human race knows something about. He is "ALL" He is wat we konw and wat we dont know...

Honestly, I don't think he really exists...

I ask him, if he is really there, then please show yourself to me so that I can understand!

I don't konw if waht u r talking bout is true or false; u gotta explain that. Anybody doesn't know wat God is exactly, maybe He is maybe He isn't, all of us trynna say wat we think about Him. For ur question, don't forget that for a long time we didn't know yet the presence of the microbes; maybe He is there n we aren't able to detect Him, maybe we don't have power yet to do that...

Ra was the god of the Sun in ancient Egypt, during the time when the pyramids were built. He was known as having the body of a man, and the head of a falcon, as the hot sun would rest on top of his head. The Egyptians would worship him and thank him for his blessings in mid-day, when he was right above them.

Now, Ra, I've seen some proof of, because the sun is there... a singular God? Sorry, I've never seen anything like that.

That is interesting you used microbes as an example because people for the longest time used to believe that the results of microbial behavior was the behavior of god.

It was found that god wasn't making people sick to appease his whims, but rather microbes.

Microbes have a precise logical definition and can be detected empirically with great consistency.

Are you saying that god one day may be defined precisely and will be detected empirically with great consistency?

First you need a logically consistent re-definition of god that is precise that goes counter to all definitions already established in religion documents.

u guys are talking about god like he is "the force" from star wars...lol...i agree with dany...he's a concept...he was created to give the masses hope....to give them something to look forward to after death....meaning to their lives...u imagine the kind of disorder we would have if there was nothing after death...u die..thats it....hmmm..ppl would not care what rthey did with their lives....so there.........god is based on faith...and faith is based on faith...so just relax....

I think somewhere in the bible, there's a scene where God had cut off Jesus' hand and he's hanging over this pit, and god comes and says, "No, I am your father", and Jesus says, "No. No. That's not true. That's impossible!" then Jesus leaps off into the pit and gets picked up by the millennium falcon...
